Missed appointments can result in re-delivery fees up to $300 or more. You are responsible for any associated costs.

All deliveries are curbside and require a scheduled appointment. Delivery does not include unpacking or bringing tiles indoors. Make sure someone is present to inspect and sign for the shipment.

Tiles are heavy and fragile. Orders are palletized and shipped via freight to minimize breakage. Each box can weigh 35–50 lbs, and we use shrink wrap and pallets for safety.

Once your order reaches the nearest service center, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. You must respond within 24 hours to avoid storage fees.

Otto Tiles does not accept returns on full tile orders to maintain quality control. Please order samples first to confirm suitability. If a return is approved by exception, all return shipping and restocking costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed once returned items are received, inspected, and confirmed to be in resalable condition.
